A collective art exhibition from the PLAY FOR PROGRESS community at the Museum of Croydon, 2020.
PLAY FOR PROGRESS is a grassroots play-based community organisation that delivers therapeutic and educational music and arts programmes, advocacy, and well-being support to unaccompanied minor refugees and asylum seekers in London.
The collective art exhibition showcased works from young people, created during sessions with artist DIMA KAROUT, photographer EMMA BROWN, music producer JOE CRYAR alongside PFO tutors & street artist ATMA.
The mural was completed after 4 creative workshops and includes patterns created by the young people. They also all participated in the process of the actual painting.
